Delivery Policy
We ship orders from Frera of Sweden AB in Laxå, Sweden.
Delivery time
The delivery time is usually 2-4 business days. If a product has a different delivery time, this is stated on the relevant product.
During periods of high order volume, campaigns or holidays, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
Partial deliveries
You may receive multiple deliveries, known as partial deliveries, if you order items from more than one brand or if parts of your order are shipped from different warehouse flows.
Shipping cost and shipping method
Shipping cost and available shipping options are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping terms are stated in the cart or checkout depending on the selected shipping method.
Uncollected parcels
Uncollected parcels are charged at 500 SEK for large parcels with an order value over 999 SEK and 250 SEK for smaller parcels.
The fee covers the additional costs that arise, such as return shipping, packaging and extra handling time.
If the parcel has not arrived
If you have not received your parcel within 1 week from when we notified you that the parcel is on its way, you should contact us so that we can track the shipment and investigate why the parcel has not arrived.
In order for us to claim compensation from the shipping company for a lost parcel, the matter must be reported in time.
After 2 months from the date when we notified you that the parcel is on its way, we no longer have any obligation to compensate or track the parcel.
Delivery address
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address you enter at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address leads to a return, delay or additional costs, you as the customer may be responsible for those costs.
