Can I see the products in a physical store?
Absolutely! You are very welcome to visit our physical store at Smedjegatan 15 in Laxå, where you can feel the products, see the quality, and receive personal service. This is particularly appreciated if you want to be extra sure about color and feel before ordering.

Yes – our ambition is to be as transparent and meticulous as possible. Our images and product descriptions are intended to give you the most realistic impression of the product. Is the same product available in different colors or sizes?
In many cases, yes! Product pages provide clear information about available colors and sizes where relevant. If you don't see what you're looking for – and want to know if more options are available – simply contact us and we'll be happy to help you check.
How do I place an order with Frera?
Shopping with us is easy. Choose the products you want from our different categories, such as lighting or clothing & accessories, and add them to your cart. When you're done, proceed to checkout where you fill in your details and choose your payment method. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer secure and smooth payment solutions via Klarna, Swish, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. This allows you to choose the payment method that suits you best, whether you prefer to pay directly or split your payment.
Is it safe to pay on Frera?
Yes. We use encrypted payment solutions and only cooperate with well-known payment partners such as Klarna and Swish. All payment information is handled securely and is never disclosed to third parties. You can feel completely safe when shopping with us.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If you discover an error in your order – for example, the wrong product, size, or address – please contact us as soon as possible at customer service@frera-hf.se. As long as your order has not been packed and shipped, we can usually help you change or cancel it.
Where do I find my order confirmation and receipt?
Once you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout. The confirmation includes both an order summary and a receipt. If you have not received an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
Can I order as a company?
Yes, we welcome both private individuals and companies as customers. As a company, you can easily shop via our webshop and pay by card, Klarna or invoice. If you need a special solution or a quote for a larger order, you are most welcome to contact our customer service.
What is the delivery time?
We always strive to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible. Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on where in Sweden you live. If a product has a longer delivery time, this will be clearly stated on the respective product page.
What shipping options do you offer?
You can choose to have your order delivered to a service point, directly to your door, or to a parcel locker, depending on what suits you best.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer a flat shipping fee of 59 SEK within Sweden, and free shipping for purchases over 699 SEK. This makes it easy to plan your order and take advantage of offers when needed.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to easily track your delivery and view the estimated delivery time.
Do you ship outside Sweden?
Currently, we primarily deliver within Sweden. Do you want to order to another destination? Please contact us at customer service@frera-hf.se and we will help you explore the possibilities.
What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?
If your package doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, or if it has been damaged in transit, you are always protected. Contact us directly and we will help you to claim the shipment and ensure that you receive a new delivery or a refund.

Can I order online and pick up in store?
Yes, you can order your items online via freraofsweden.se and then choose to pick them up directly from our store in Laxå. This way, you avoid shipping costs and can also take the opportunity to discover even more products in person.
How long is my right of withdrawal?
As a Frera customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Swedish consumer law. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your package.
How do I make a return?
Do you wish to return an item? Please contact us first via info@frera-hf.se and state your order number and which product it concerns. We will then send you further instructions on how to return the item smoothly.
What does a return cost?
You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. The cost varies depending on the size and weight of the product, but we will always help you find the most affordable option.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, if you wish to change to a different color or size, please contact our customer service. If the item is in stock, we will make an exchange as soon as we receive your return. Otherwise, we will issue a refund and you can place a new order for the desired product.
What if the product is damaged or faulty?
If you have received an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will of course replace it. Contact us as soon as possible and preferably attach pictures of the defect so we can start a claims process.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a refund via the same payment method you used for the purchase. This normally takes place within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards that can be used across our entire online product range at frera-hf.se. Perfect as a gift when you want to let the recipient choose for themselves from our interior design details, clothing, and lifestyle products.
